Northeast Mobile Shredding Attends e-Destruction Seminars

Orlando, FL - Northeast Mobile Shredding, LLC of Horseheads, NY recently sent two company officers to the annual trade show for the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID).  While at the show, Marc Sira and Henry Sira kept in touch with new developments in the industry including attending information seminars on e-destruction.  The seminars were designed to educate on e-destruction and recycling and to help the industry gain a perspective on the direction of e-destruction.  "These seminars have proven that nothing short of total destruction of hard drives is acceptable," said Marc Sira.  "Consumers want to be assured their confidential information is being destroyed, and disposed of properly, and that is why they use Northeast Mobile Shredding."

Northeast Mobile Shredding, LLC was formed in 1995. This service disabled veteran-owned business was set up under advisement from retired members of the New York State Police and the United States Secret Service. Currently, Northeast Mobile Shredding employs people who serve as drivers, riders, and office staff - many of whom are retired war veterans. Since inception, annual sales of shredding services have increased dramatically; a result, in part, of rising rates of identity theft. In 2002, Northeast Mobile Shredding purchased equipment that allowed the shredding of up to 6,000 pounds of paper per hour, on-site. The upgrade came just in time for several major agreements with court systems and multi-site companies.  The Court Systems and multi-site companies saw the need for the high-speed shredding service that is also the most secure method of shredding available.  With the ability to obliterate checks and small receipts, Northeast Mobile Shredding has distinguished its high security shredding services from its competitors.
